Metabolic Conditioning

Platinum Fitness' Met Con class is a great fusion of strength training and pushing your body to the limits with your cardiovascular system. This class is a 6 week program designed to kick start your metabolism and to strengthen the body overall. 
Tuesday/Thursday @6 am & 5:30 pm
