This Four Week Program is designed to bring a group of individuals together who all want the same thing -- to lead a healthier life. This is a hiit style Boot-Camp. In the first two weeks we focus on burning fat, working on form and getting our heart rates up. In the last two weeks we break out the tires, battle ropes, and sledge hammers!
